Analyst workflow guide
Watch monitors West African marketplaces and social commerce for counterfeit and unauthorised listings. This guide covers the core workflow from first setup to filed case.
1 · Configure
Register a client, add brands, upload reference product images, and create a watchlist with marketplace connectors for each country you monitor.
2 · Scan
Queue a scan from Mission Control. The worker fans out to SerpAPI, Jiji, Jumia, OLX, Tonaton, Kilimall, and social connectors, then scores every listing.
3 · Review
Triage detections by risk tier, inspect rule reasons and visual matches, validate true positives, or dismiss noise. Validated items can open cases in one click.
4 · Cases & enforcement
Build evidence dossiers, track seller networks, submit takedowns, and export printable briefings for legal or brand-owner review.
